Bakersfield, CA - Bickel Group’s City Lights project is well under construction with Moorefield Construction. Located along the south side of State Hwy 178 in east Bakersfield at the former site of East Hills Mall, when completed, this 350,000 square foot outdoor retail destination will have twenty-two major retail tenants ranging from Sprouts to PetSmart. There will also be nine pad buildings along Mall View Road, with tenants slated to include In-n-Out, Chick-fil-A, and various in-line retail and food tenants. Completion is scheduled for Spring 2027.
